The last three generations have grown up hearing Trebek’s classic opening: “Thank you Johnny, thank you ladies and gentlemen.” He has invited millions of Americans to come join a very high-end academic club for 30 minutes every evening. As of now, Trebek has every intention of returning to Jeopardy! when filming resumes in the fall. He is truly one of a kind.
