Michael was a wince-inducing villain early on in the show with slicked-back hair and few redeeming qualities. That was never more clear than in “Diversity Day.” Corporate sends an HR representative (Larry Wilmore) to Dunder Mifflin after Michael gets a little too into a Chris Rock impression. The result: An offensive guessing game that sees each employee with a race stuck to their forehead.
