According to CNN, it was King’s personal life – and not the company itself that pushed King off the air. King hasn’t faced any legal trouble, though his love life has been tremendously messy. In total, King has been married eight times to seven different women. The most notable marriage was to singer/actress Shawn Southwick. King reportedly had an affair with Southwick’s sister, which led to Southwick threatening to commit suicide.
