Another unheralded gem from HBO, Flight of the Conchords showed off the life of a musical duo from New Zealand trying to make it big in the United States. The situations the pair (real-life musicians and comedians Jemaine Clement and Bret McKenzie) go through are incredibly amusing and creative. Enhancing the show, the music can be catchy and usually works well with the story.
