The Blackfish
What it is with the Tully’s disappearing? First, Edmure gets locked up and spends multiple seasons on the sidelines. And then there is Brynden ‘the Blackfish’ Tully. In the midst of Jaime Lannister’s takeover of Rivverun, a soldier approaches the Kingslayer and tells him that the Blackfish was dead. Well, we’re not convinced. Although he never returned to the show, we never saw Blackfish meet his end. For a show that wasn’t shy about its brutality, it’s suspicious that Blackfish would die off-screen.
