6. Crazy Rich Asians
The film may not have been nominated in any major categories at the Oscars, but the stars of Crazy Rich Asians were all there to remind us how much we loved this film and need countless more movies like it. It’s a fun, classic romantic comedy, and on top of that, it brought a mainstream audience into a world that is basically never seen in American movie theaters. If by some crazy chance you haven’t seen this blockbuster hit, do yourself a favor and fix that ASAP.
