In “Goodbye Michael,” Michael prepares to leave Dunder Mifflin for good by joining Holly in Colorado. In an attempt to avoid a dramatic last day, Michael lies about when he is leaving, and instead chooses to have small, personal moments with each of his employees. But Pam makes it to the airport just in time. Her silent mic-less send-off is — ironically — the perfect goodbye to a character who didn’t want one in the first place.
