10. The Job (Season 3, Episodes 24-25)

“The Job” is a tale of two totally different car rides back to Scranton from New York. The first, with Jan and Michael — moments after one is fired and the other throws his chances at a promotion away — is an awkward, angry affair. Both realize the awful monotony that is their looming future together (breast implants or not). The second: Jim withdrawing his name from consideration for Jan’s job and interrupting Pam’s documentary interview to FINALLY ask her out on a date!
