17. Scrubs

Still one of the most unique and creative sitcoms to ever fill a television screen. The Bill Lawrence hit told the wacky and often emotional stories of a group of young doctors, led by Zach Braff, trying to find their way in the profession. John C. McGinley shined as the smart-aleck Dr. Cox, who makes life comedically miserable for Braff and his friends, but shows his heart once in a while. The slapstick bits, quick cutaways and inside-the-mind sequences were a staple of the show.
