Jax Taylor was born Jason Cauchi. Growing up in a Detroit suburb, Jason aspired to be a professional hockey player. While this career path didn’t exactly pan out, Jason did become a professional model. At one time, he shared a New York apartment with Channing Tatum. Once his modeling career ended, Jason moved to Los Angeles — where he eventually linked up at SUR as a bartender.
