In late February, Sandoval and Madix purchased a $2 million house together. No, it’s not in West Hollywood — but rather in the Los Angeles suburb of Valley Village. The sprawling estate has five bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a pool, and a waterfall. Something tells us that the cast will be venturing over on a rather frequent basis for some partying.
