While we think there were a few better shows on HBO over the years, Game of Thrones may go down as the most popular. The violent and passionate fantasy-drama’s fanbase is among the most loyal and dedicated of any show in the history of television. And it wasn’t just the fans who praised the show during its eight seasons — through Season 7 the show had won 47 Emmys.
