Sit Down, Uncle
Edmure Tully had a rough run on Game of Thrones. The younger brother of Catelyn Stark, Edmure was brutalized early on. From being made fun of constantly to being held captive by the Frey’s (starting on his wedding night), Edmure had no luck. So, when Arya decides to kill Wader Frey and the majority of his house in Season 6, one would assume she’d free her uncle. Think again. Edmure showed his face in the finale, tried to make his case to be king, and was promptly told to sit down and shut up by his other niece, Sansa. However, it is never explained how Edmure was freed or why anyone cared for his input after all these years.
