Despite the public blowup over the cheating allegations, Khloe stood steadfast in support of Thompson. Once the 2018 NBA season began, Khloe spent a great deal of time in Cleveland whilst watching Tristan play. The small family even spent time together in Ohio on Thanksgiving Day. While it appeared that the family was rebuilding, everything came crashing down in February of 2019. Interestingly enough, the drama allegedly revolves around a family friend.
