21. Blink-182

One of the giants of the late-1990s-early 2000s commercial pop-punk scene and heroes of the Warped Tour, Blink is still a factor. While longtime guitarist Tom DeLonge is gone (replaced by Alkaline Trio’s Matt Skiba), Blink still makes hay on the festival scene. Enema of the State (’99) and Take Off Your Pants and Jacket (’01) remain two of the best albums of the genre from that time period.
