14. Buzzcocks
The Buzzcocks are often regarded as England’s most popular pop punk band (that’s an important distinction since the U.S. tends to get most, if not all, of the credit when talking about pop punk). However, the Buzzcocks were doing it 20 years earlier across the pond, and in a lot of ways, much better and faster.
