Elton’s first gigantic show took place at the famed Troubadour in Los Angeles. From here, he began to earn notoriety across the world as an up-and-coming star. ‘Tiny Dancer’ was created shortly after the show, and an album featuring both ‘Honky Cat’ and ‘Rocket Man’ became No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard list. While Elton’s professional career was taking off, his private life became quite wild.
