If Rage’s self-titled debut four years earlier got our attention, its second release proved the band had staying power. Socio-politically-charged lyrics, combined with the groups aggressive and originally creative sound, Evil Empire gives listeners all they can handle. “Bulls on Parade” became an anthem of sorts, while “Tire Me” and “People of the Sun” showcase the band at its highest form.
