After trying out for the show, Farley ended up inking a deal to appear on Saturday Night Live. This put him next to the likes of Adam Sandler, Tim Meadows, Dana Carvey, Mike Myers, Chris Rock, Rob Schneider, Phil Hartman, and David Spade. Farley soon emerged from the group as the show’s top star.
