8. Paddington 2
Paddington 2 won a lot of British and audience favorite awards in 2018 but it did not get itself an Oscar nomination. Would you expect it to? Of course not. It’s a heart-warming, live-action/animated hybrid film based on the popular character. It’s also a sequel, yet it is some how ten times better than its phenomenal first film. If nothing else, this proves that Hugh Grant is having the absolute time of his life making movies right now, and you need to check this film out to see why.
