15. Mission: Impossible – Fallout
How does a franchise this long continue to turn out such great installments? Sure, James Bond has done it, but those movies have to change actors every few years. Mission: Impossible – Fallout only seems to be improving in recent years, with every film adding a new character to fill the ensemble around its star, Tom Cruise. It’s interesting that the franchise has become an ensemble too, considering the initial installment was about a man who had to do it all himself. The franchise’s ability to reinvent itself though is what keeps it surprising audiences and critics alike.
