As is the case with much of Hollywood’s elite, it wasn’t a complete shock to see the two stars come together and enter a relationship. Heard and Depp met while filming The Rum Diary in 2009. At the time, Heard was 25 years old – Depp was 47. After spending time together on set, Heard and Depp’s connection quickly grew away from the film.
