As news of the divorce and Depp’s alleged abuse spread, more and more allegations came to light. According to ET, sources close to Heard stated that Depp’s previous hand injury was a result of the actor punching a wall following an argument with Heard. Also, as part of Heard’s court filing for the temporary restraining order, the actress claimed that “there was one severe incident in December 2015 where I truly feared for my life.” Pictures of an injured Heard from that alleged incident in December 2015 would later be published by People on June 1, 2016.
