13. 1951 GM LaSabre

Though crafted in the early ’50s, the design of the 1951 GM LaSabre was quite sophisticated. The attempt was to create a car mirroring that of a jet fighter plane. As one can see, the back tail fins resembled an aircraft. Duly, the nose of the car attempted to mimic the protruding nose of a large plane. Its eye-catching presentation made it a very popular car during the height of its production.
