14. Vanguard-Sebring CitiCar
The Vanguard-Sebring CitiCar looks more like a Pac-Man character than it does an automobile. It was revolutionary for its time. In the ’70s, there weren’t many electric cars. However, this car was the highest produced electric car in 30 years. The awkward design didn’t leave much in the way of space in the interior cabin. Duly, the car as a whole was very basic in terms of the proverbial bells and whistles many think of when enjoying a vehicle.
