The physical nature of using the wheelchair became arduous for Brandon. He illustrated this point with a local news station:
“I was using a manual wheelchair. My arms were getting really tired.”
Tanner noticed Brandon’s difficulties in getting up and down the halls. Being the loving, supportive friend that he is, Tanner devised a plan to help Brandon as best as he could. In order to make this work, Tanner had to get a job.
