The boys’ school teacher — Ginger Wray — went the extra mile in making Brandon’s motorized wheelchair that much more special. It included his surname — QUALLS — plastered prominently on the back of the machine. Additionally, she made the whip stylish by adding flames in Brandon’s favorite color (orange).
